The origins of the New York-based brand date back to 2001, when Michael Mandapati decided to establish a company specializing in luxury rugs.
Their production involves materials such as Himalayan wool, mulberry silk, hemp, and linen. For dyeing, natural plant-based dyes are used, which will surely appeal to those who care about the ecosystem.
Each product is handmade in Nepal by highly skilled artisans. Afterwards, the rugs are transported to Switzerland, where they are finished to achieve their final appearance. Thanks to increased lanolin content, they are softer, more stain-resistant, and gain a beautiful sheen.
The variety of patterns ensures that Warp & Weft offers a jewel suitable for the most refined tastes.
