Gladiolus two-seater sofa, made from solid wood and upholstered with high-density polyurethane foam. Also available in custom sizes, with fabric or leather. Additional features include the ability to adjust the firmness of the cushions and choose from different wooden legs.

Structural filling: high-density polyurethane foam with varying densities, an elastic top layer that, combined with the bottom layer, provides increased softness over time.
Seat filling: high-resilience foam with variable density, covered with soft, channelled goose feather. Removable seat cover.

MARIONI is a family story

The company, now in its third generation, was founded in Florence in 1966 by the founder Paolo Marioni’s intuition. The initial artisanal character of the workshop quickly evolved, and since the 1980s, it has taken on its current corporate identity. Starting with ceramic materials, the company gradually expanded its range of interior accessories, paying particular attention to color combinations, finishes, and decorations. Their objects are associated with creative details and craftsmanship.

After Paolo’s early death in 1992, his son Simone took over the company and led its development and expansion into international markets.
During this time, the Cultura d’Arredo collection was launched, showcasing an extraordinary combination of ceramics and textiles, and promising success through precise market positioning: Marioni offers its clients a range of luxurious products inspired by the past, with a touch of charm, reflecting the uniqueness, authenticity, and originality of “made in Italy”.

The 2000s brought consolidation of distribution across all countries and the beginning of an organizational and managerial evolution that has positioned the brand to face new digital challenges, including the creation of a proprietary archive of 3D models ready for AR/VR experiences.

In 2018, Vittoria, the founder’s daughter, joined the company as Head of Communications and Quality, marking further generational evolution. This way, the brand brings fifty years of experience into the present, where artisanal production and management concepts are offered to the most sophisticated and demanding clients seeking entirely Italian luxury.
