The Concept collection includes pendant lamps with refined and modern shapes, crafted with skill in our Florentine atelier. The high-quality craftsmanship allows them to be used in both residential and hotel projects, ensuring compliance with the most stringent safety regulations.
MARIONI is a family story
The company, now in its third generation, was founded in Florence in 1966 by the founder Paolo Marioni's intuition. The initial artisanal character of the workshop quickly evolved, and since the 1980s, it has taken on its current corporate form. Starting from ceramic materials, the company gradually developed lines of interior accessories, paying particular attention to color combinations, finishes, and decorations. Their objects are associated with creative details and manual craftsmanship.
After Paolo's premature death in 1992, his son Simone took over the brand and led its development and expansion into international markets.
It was during this time that the Cultura d’Arredo collection was launched, showcasing an extraordinary combination of ceramic and fabric, which announced success through precise market positioning: Marioni offers its clients a range of exclusive products that reference the past but with a touch of charm, reflecting the uniqueness, authenticity, and originality of “made in Italy”.
The 2000s brought consolidation of distribution across all countries and the beginning of an organizational and managerial evolution, leading the company to face new digital challenges, including the creation of its own archive of 3D models ready for AR/VR experiences.
In 2018, Vittoria, the eldest daughter, joined the company as head of communications and quality, marking further generational evolution. In this way, the company brings fifty years of experience into the present, where artisanal production and management concepts are offered to the most refined and demanding clients seeking entirely Italian luxury.
