Current high-quality garden furniture is a complex product unmatched by interior furniture. For this reason, the production phase, including material selection, is the culmination of the company's entire activity. To achieve high-quality products, only the best available materials and processes are used, with each phase following specific procedures and quality control stages.

Solid wood

Boards obtained by sawing logs are dried and then transformed into components using Milling Machines, Routers, Tenoners, Cutters, and Sanders. The elements are then joined using mortise and tenon joints and glued with epoxy adhesives and steel screws, then covered with wooden plugs.

Metal

Metal rods are cut, bent by hand or using CNC, and finally welded and assembled, smoothed, and cleaned. Products requiring painting are then sent to the finishing department.

Fabrics

Metal or wooden stems are woven by hand according to the desired pattern; at this stage, only craftsmanship experience guarantees the final product.

Thermoplastic material

Polyethylene granules are fed into a system that, after installing the necessary mold, creates the desired shape through a heating and cooling cycle, in neutral or mass-colored options.

Painting

Products requiring painting are processed in a facility equipped with a powder coating line and a water-based painting line.

Padding

All fabrics are cut and sewn to measure using the best threads and accessories. Foam rubber of various densities and types is cut from standard-sized sheets and possibly reassembled to achieve complex shapes, then covered with protective fabric and joined with fabric.

Assembly and packaging

Each product is carefully packed to arrive in perfect condition to its new owner!
