Solid Wood

Boards obtained from sawn logs are dried and then transformed into components using Milling Machines, Routers, Tenoners, and Sanders. The parts are then joined using mortise and tenon joints and epoxy adhesives, steel screws, and are finished with wooden caps.

Metal

Metal rods are cut, bent manually or with CNC machines, then welded and assembled, smoothed, and cleaned. Products requiring painting are then sent to the finishing department.

Fabrics

Metal or wooden shafts are hand-woven according to the desired pattern. At this stage, only artisan experience guarantees the final product.

Thermoplastic Material

Polyethylene pellets are fed into a system that, once the appropriate mold is installed, creates the desired shape through a heating and cooling cycle, in neutral or mass-colored hues.

Painting

Products requiring painting are processed in a facility equipped with powder coating and water-based painting lines.

Padding

All fabrics are cut and sewn to measure using the best threads and accessories. Foam rubber of various densities and types is cut from standard-sized sheets and possibly reassembled to form complex shapes, then covered with protective fabric and sewn together.
