In 1977, brothers Piero and Giuseppe Pistoles started their business from a small workshop producing luxury furniture inspired by tradition. It is this heritage that plays a key role here, in both concept and classic design. An extraordinary history combined with traditional manufacturing techniques is today the full picture of F.LLI PISTOLESI.
After many years, Piero and Giuseppe have not changed their vision and continue to produce, selecting materials and models in accordance with the tradition of original antiques, completing finishes and decorations using bygone techniques that sometimes disappeared or were no longer in use. This incredibly inspiring passion has also been adopted by their sons, who actively participate in production, forming a team, and all these qualities harmonize perfectly, allowing the furniture to be successfully exported worldwide.
This is a shared success of the entire multi-generational family, their strength, innate sensitivity to great style, and solid craftsmanship. Italian handcrafted work is highly valued today by connoisseurs of good design in every country. The entire manufacturing process has remained unchanged for many years, requiring dedication and great determination. First, suitable solid wood is selected to store and properly dry it. Then, unique sketches of future designs are created by hand, taking many days to shape the ideas on paper.
Next is a long and highly meticulous process of creating luxury furniture from scratch for stylish interiors. The materials used in making these beautiful functional art pieces include, among others: multilayer linden wood, inlaid oak burl veneered and internally made from Tanganika walnut, handles, keys, plates, knobs in metal finish in antique gold color, solid tulipwood with layered inserts of rosewood and natural white veneered maple, semi-gloss finish hand-applied with natural water-based resins, Inlaid walnut leaf, veneered with a thickness of 27 mm on layers of pressed plywood using a curved mold. In their collections, F.LLI PISTOLESI features both classic and more modern furniture.

Externally and internally veneered with walnuts and tanganyika nuts. • BASE, TOP AND TOP: Solid jelutong / toulipier wood frame, 60-45 mm thick. The inner side is multi-layered, veneered with tanganyika walnut, and the outer side is veneered with domestic walnut. • COLUMNS AND SCULPTURES: Made of solid linden wood, the sculptures are hand-ennobled with gold leaf details. • CURVED DOORS: inlaid walnut leaves, veneered, 27 mm thick, on layers of plywood pressed with a curved matrix. • DRAWERS: Edges made of fir wood, 18-14 mm thick; bottom thickness 10 mm. Dovetail joints. • BACKREST: Tanganyika walnut plywood, 9 mm thick. Glass cabinet with a mirror, 3 mm thick. • IRONWARE: Handles, keys, plates, knobs in bronze metal finish. • POLISHING: Semi-gloss closed-pore finish handmade from natural resins. • MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS: Clean the surface with a soft cloth slightly dampened with water.
