High-quality garden furniture is a complex product that surpasses indoor furniture in every aspect. Therefore, the production phase, including material selection, is the culmination of the company's entire activity. To achieve high-quality products, only the best available materials and processes are used, with each stage subject to strict procedures and quality control.
Solid wood
Boards obtained from sawed logs are dried and then transformed into components using Milling Machines, Router, Dowel Jointer, Cutters, and Sanders. The parts are then assembled with inlaid and dowel joints, epoxy glues, and steel screws, and finished with wooden plugs.
Metal
Metal rods are cut, bent manually or with CNC equipment, then welded and assembled, smoothed, and cleaned. Products requiring painting are then sent to the finishing department.
Fabrics
Metal or wooden stems are hand-woven according to the desired pattern; at this stage, only artisan expertise guarantees the final product.
Thermoplastic material
Polyethylene granules are fed into a system that, once the necessary mold is installed, forms the desired shape through a heating and cooling cycle, in neutral or mass-colored options.
Painting
Products requiring painting are processed in a facility equipped with powder coating and water-based painting lines.
Padding
All fabrics are cut and sewn to measure using the best threads and accessories. Foam rubber of various densities and types is cut from standard-sized sheets and possibly reassembled to create complex shapes, then covered with protective fabric and sewn with the fabric.
