History – in their own words!

When we were children, we were placed in front of a lathe. Day after day, year after year, this lathe achieved success in the workshop.

Today, we are known worldwide. But we haven't changed the way we work. We can't, that's just who we are. We love well-made things. Do you know what it means to be well-made? It’s something you’ve thought about, designed, forged, and built right here, before your eyes.

These are objects that don’t follow fleeting fashion, that don’t change a hundred times, that last a hundred years. There are also those who buy art pieces worldwide, assemble them, and sell them as Made in Italy. Some pay designers to be trendy. Others change their path with every gust of wind. We are not among them. Every day, we wake up and admire its beauty. It’s a mirror of the sky. We have ancient roots. We have hills and villages that inspire artists. Through the ages.

Behind us, above us, on a granite outcrop, is the Sanctuary of Madonna del Sasso. From here, you can enjoy a view of the entire lake, then Mottarone, the Alps, and in front of us, Sacro Monte di San Giulio with 20 chapels decorated with Morazzone frescoes. Straight ahead, in the middle of the lake, is the Island with a Basilica built in the 4th century, rebuilt in 1000 AD. It is important to surround ourselves with beauty and create beauty while protecting nature. We have always done this.

That’s why we meet many international certifications, including the most stringent in the world: certifications for the USA and California, which require completely non-toxic products. The brass we love and use so much contains no lead. Our faucets do not release nickel or zinc into the water you drink. Nicolazzi S.p.A. has been operating for over 50 years in the sanitary fittings industry, where it independently and innovatively tests and designs its products in accordance with international standards.

The adoption of the Quality Management System is a decision by the Nicolazzi S.p.A. management board and has become a fundamental strategic element in the company's development.

In fact, the management believes it is essential to demonstrate to external bodies (Customers, Suppliers, Certification Bodies, Institutional Authorities) its ability to consistently deliver products that fully meet:
