Luigi Bigoloni founded Manital in 1990 in Vobarno, a small town in the province of Brescia, a territory renowned worldwide for metalworking and craftsmanship. From the very beginning, Bigoloni laid the foundations of the company's philosophy: a passion for design, attention to detail, and a pursuit of innovation.
The nineties were an excellent opportunity to develop and implement cutting-edge technologies for handle production, including the introduction of new manufacturing systems centered around robotics and automation, a semi-automatic assembly system, and a computerized warehouse management support system.
The use of state-of-the-art industrial technologies allows for perfecting the production cycle, reducing waste, and optimizing quality. However, manual craftsmanship, which represents the cultural heritage of the Brescia Valleys, remains part of Manital’s production.
BRASS
Eco-friendly, thanks to the possibility of full recycling. Durable over time due to excellent corrosion resistance. Brass is an alloy composed of 60% copper, a material that is 100% recyclable and naturally antibacterial.
ZINC ALLOY
The zinc processing process involves reduced energy consumption and minimal emissions into the atmosphere. Moreover, it can be repeatedly melted down and reused without losing its original properties, and all waste generated during production is fully recyclable.
FINISHES
The Italian manufacturer Manital offers a variety of galvanic and PVD finishes. The galvanic finishing process coats the base metal of the handle with another type of metal, making it more resistant and durable. Galvanic finishes are available in colors: chrome, nickel, bronze, brass. PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) technology is achieved by vaporizing metals in a vacuum and depositing particles onto the handle, ensuring strong aesthetic, technical, and ecological properties.
