Color and finish variants are natural in wood and are not covered by this warranty. This warranty applies under conditions of normal use, but does not cover fading (furniture should not be placed in direct sunlight) or defects resulting from neglect, dirt, improper cleaning, misuse, abnormal use or accident. Ottiu will, for a period of one year from the date of original purchase, honor the repair or replacement or supply of a substitute for any part or parts found by Ottiu to be defective in material or workmanship. |
