Today, Yalos Murano is a well-known brand in traditional glass production; a proposal for furniture, style, and design for contemporary life, offering us glass and its many facets. Equipped with color and the most innovative lines, admiring the changing and fleeting light reflections of a unique and unrepeatable object, and the ability to connect one's personality with the object are the most direct sensations of each of the proposed creations.

Nomads yet rooted in their origins, Ferro, after the terrible plague of 1630 that decimated the local population, including glassmakers, returned to Murano and soon became among the local notables as Deputies of the island, occupying this prestigious position 27 times during the 18th century.

Belonging to the local productive elite and vibrant, the Ferro family became Gastaldi Major of the San Nicolò school, which gathers artisans and master glassmakers and manages the glassworks. Moreover, their coat of arms is engraved twice on the Osella, a coin minted by the Venetian mint specifically for the Murano community.

As if representing their dual nature, the Ferro family coat of arms consists of an anchor, a symbol of stability and connection to the territory, and an irreplaceable tool of the comet during voyages and adventures at sea. Descended from Leonardo Ferro, a skilled master, the Ferro Florian line includes important glassmakers from the late 19th century—fertile and numerous—who continue to this day, with glassworks bearing their name. In line with ongoing research and experiments, which have historically distinguished them in artistic glass production, Yalos Murano proposes a new challenge: Murano glass panels of various sizes, changing colors, numerous decorations, and unique, valuable combinations on the exterior.
