Floriano Quaia opened his first carpentry workshop. It was essentially a small studio where furniture was made to ensure exceptional durability. Later, Bernardo Quaia, Floriano’s son, laid the foundations of the company, which would later produce decorative furniture. Francesco, Bernardo’s son, built a factory and created—a brand bearing his surname. Together with his brother Floriano, they developed Quaia furniture.

During the 1980s, Francesco Quaia established the Oasis brand, specializing in the production and design of bathroom furniture, which later became part of the company's offerings. At the turn of the millennium, a wave of change and fresh luxury ideas infused the company through the next generation—Francesco’s three children: Francesca, Federica, and Lorenzo. The product line was completely revamped and relaunched to offer a comprehensive, coordinated package of luxury interiors inspired by cosmopolitan and contemporary styles.
