The founders strongly oppose the idea of mass production by random labor, which they believe would lead to the loss of identity in the products. Unlike others, the individual stages of knife production are not handled by specialized groups of workers, but are often performed from start to finish by the same person. Thanks to this practice, each blade is completely unique.
