The founders strongly oppose mass production by random labor forces, which they believe would lead to the loss of identity in the products. Therefore, their work philosophy places a special emphasis on the employed staff. However, this Italian family is not closed to change. Changes are welcome, provided they do not conflict with their existing vision and can meet long-term quality standards.

Unlike others, the various stages of knife production are not handled by specialized groups of workers, but are often performed from start to finish by the same person. Thanks to this practice, each blade is completely unique.
The production uses the highest quality materials — blades are made of steel, while handles are crafted from materials including buffalo horns, bison horns, deer antlers, and 'bosso' wood.

The owners encourage treating their products with proper respect, even though they are designed for everyday use, as this ensures their longevity. Each piece is a small, one-of-a-kind work of art.
