The founders strongly oppose mass production by random labor forces, which they believe would lead to the loss of identity in the products. Therefore, their company's work philosophy places a special emphasis on the employed personnel. However, this Italian family is not closed to change. Changes are welcome, provided they do not conflict with the existing vision and can withstand long-term quality tests.
Unlike others, the various stages of knife production are not handled by specialized groups of workers, but are often performed from start to finish by the same person. Thanks to this practice, each blade is completely unique.
High-quality materials are used in production — blades are made of steel, while handles are crafted from materials such as buffalo horn, bison horn, deer antler, and 'bosso' wood.
