The owners strongly oppose mass production by unskilled labor, which they believe would lead to a loss of identity in the products. For this reason, their company's philosophy emphasizes careful employment practices. This does not mean that the Italian family is closed to innovation. Innovations are highly welcomed, provided they do not conflict with the existing vision and can withstand long-term quality tests.

Unlike competitors, the various stages of knife production are not handled by specialized groups of workers but are often performed from start to finish by the same person. Thanks to this practice, each blade is completely unique.
The best quality materials are used in production — blades are made of steel, and handles are crafted from materials such as buffalo horn, bison horn, deer antler, or 'bosso' wood.
