For this reason, the work philosophy of their workshop places exceptional emphasis on the employed personnel. However, this does not mean that this Italian family is closed to any innovations. They are indeed welcome, provided they introduce elements that do not conflict with the existing philosophy and can withstand long-term quality tests.

Unlike others, the various stages of knife production are not handled by specialized sections of workers but are often completed from start to finish by the same person. Thanks to this practice, each blade is completely unique.
The production uses the highest quality materials - the blades are made of steel, and the handles are made from buffalo, bison, and deer horns, as well as 'bosso' wood.

The brand owners suggest that their creations, although intended for everyday use, should be treated with appropriate respect, which ensures their long-lasting durability. Each one is, after all, a small, unique work of art.
