The owners strongly oppose the idea of mass production by unskilled labor, which they believe would lead to the loss of identity in the products they create. For this reason, their company's philosophy places a special emphasis on the employed personnel. However, this does not mean that this Italian family is closed to innovations. They are highly desirable, provided they introduce elements consistent with their traditional approach and can withstand years of quality testing.

Unlike others, the various stages of knife production are not carried out by specialized groups of workers, but are often performed from start to finish by the same person. Thanks to this practice, each blade is completely unique.
The highest quality materials are used in production - blades are made of steel, and handles are made of materials such as bison, buffalo, deer horns, or 'bosso' wood.

The brand owners suggest that, although their knives are intended for everyday use, they should be treated with proper respect, which guarantees their durability for many years. Each one is a small, unique artifact.
