The owners strongly oppose the idea of mass production by unskilled labor, which they believe would lead to a loss of identity in the products. For this reason, their company's philosophy emphasizes careful employment practices. However, this does not mean that this Italian family is closed to innovations. They are highly welcomed, provided they introduce elements consistent with their traditional approach and can withstand long-standing quality tests.
Unlike others, the various stages of knife production are not handled by specialized groups of workers, but are often performed from start to finish by the same person. Thanks to this practice, each blade is completely unique.
High-quality materials are used in production — blades are made of steel, and handles include materials such as bison, buffalo, or deer horn, or 'bosso' wood.
