Every element is modeled according to instructions personally dictated by Bruno Costenaro, reflecting his taste and the preferences of his clients, as well as market trends. After the first model is produced, molds are made for the final products. This marks the beginning of a long process of creating this attractive ceramics.

It all started when Bruno Costenaro, born in Bassano in 1940, began to learn the secrets of ceramics. At the age of thirteen, he worked in companies in Marostica and Cassola. By twenty, he decided to create exquisite Italian ceramics, initially with two partners in Vallonara, and later independently in Pianezze.

Over the years, demand for his products grew, and the company moved to Molvena. Initially, small-scale production took place in the basement of his new residence, but after many setbacks, he built a workshop adjacent to his home, where he still works today. This demonstrates that family-owned manufactories thrive and create true luxury. The strength of the manufactory was extraordinary, thanks to their level of creativity, innovation, export interest, and the company's ability to overcome crises in this business sector, providing employment over the years to about seventy collaborators whom Costenaro trained in trade, including his children, who continue the business.

On March 26, 2000, Bruno Costenaro received the honorary title of master craftsman of the Vicenza province; in recognition of his exemplary conduct both personally and professionally, standing out for his dedication to work and generosity in passing on techniques and values to future generations. To this day, Ceramiche Bruno Costenaro remains one of the most prestigious ceramic factories in the area, always looking ahead, conducting research to satisfy their clients, and delivering high-quality ceramic products.

What does the process of creating this exclusive ceramics look like?

Each piece of ceramic from the mold is then hand-finished. It is glazed using the “a bagno” method (dipping), according to the colors chosen by the customer (for example: white, black, ruby red, cobalt blue, emerald green), and then fired at a temperature of 1020°C.

At this temperature, the glaze makes each item durable and transparent. Finally, each element is entirely hand-finished, allowing Italian decorators to achieve refined details in gold and platinum. Fired at 600-700°C, the final product is delicate in craftsmanship and carefully finished in every detail. After polishing, each piece is marked, and a factory quality certificate is placed in a small package. The products are packed into cardboard boxes using a modern packing machine that creates soft cushions to wrap delicate items.

This modern packaging method ensures that goods are never damaged or broken. All cardboard boxes are then placed on Euro pallets (measuring approximately 80 cm x 120 cm), making the goods safer and eliminating issues with missing items. Upon receipt, the customer can attest to the quality of the product, having purchased an item from Ceramiche Bruno Costenaro.

Today, the company has expanded to include: gifts, complete series consisting of centerpieces, baskets, vases, picture frames, ashtrays, plates, lamps, columns, cachepots, mirrors, panels, candelabras, clocks, tables, and swans.
