How was Porta Romana founded?
The company dates back to 1988 and a small London workshop. The ambitions of the people who created these items led to the company's growth. The real breakthrough came with the new British artisans who inspired the early creators. Over time, ideas multiplied, and Porta Romana became a global company.
How are Porta Romana product designs developed?
The design studio is led by Shazeen Emambux. Artists discuss their projects with craftsmen to create designer pieces. Each year, a new collection theme is introduced, each with its own unique character and style. The process of creating these pieces is very lengthy, starting with 3D graphics that later evolve into prototypes. All steps are repeated multiple times to ensure the products meet the highest standards.
