Two prerogatives for which the skills and passion of stakeholders and the extremely flexible organization of production activities remain fundamental, allowing it to respond equally effectively to stock and custom production, enabling its clients to create their desire for exclusive garden furniture.
Current high-quality garden furniture is a complex product that has no equal compared to indoor furniture. For this reason, the production phase, including material selection, is the culmination of the company's entire activity. To achieve high-quality products, materials and processes can only be the best available, and each phase has specific procedures and quality control stages.
Solid wood
Boards obtained by sawing logs are dried and then transformed into components using milling machines, routers, tenoners, cutters, and sanders. The elements are then joined using mortise and tenon joints and with epoxy adhesives and steel screws, then covered with wooden caps.
Metal
Metal in rods is cut, bent manually or using CNC, and finally welded and assembled, smoothed, and cleaned. Products requiring painting then go to the department.
Fabrics
Metal or wooden stems are woven by hand according to the desired pattern, at this stage only artisanal experience guarantees the final product.
Thermoplastic material
Polyethylene granules are introduced into the system, which after mounting the necessary mold creates the desired shape in a heating and cooling cycle, in neutral color or mass-dyed.
Painting
Products requiring painting are processed in a facility equipped with a powder coating line and a water painting line.
Stuffed
All fabrics are cut and sewn to measure using the best threads and accessories. Foam rubber of various densities and types is cut from standard-sized sheets and possibly reassembled to obtain complex shapes, then covered with protective fabric and combined with the fabric.

Each product is very carefully packaged to arrive in perfect condition to the new owner!
