The founders of the brand strongly oppose the idea of mass production by random labor, which they believe would lead to the loss of identity of the produced items. For this reason, their company's philosophy places a special emphasis on the employed staff. However, this does not mean that this Italian family is closed to any changes. They are very welcome, provided that they introduce elements consistent with the existing philosophy and are capable of passing long-term quality tests.

Unlike competitors, the various stages of knife production are not handled by specialized groups of artisans, but are often performed from start to finish by the same person. Thanks to this practice, each blade is completely unique.
High-quality materials are used in production — blades are made of steel, and handles are among others made from bison, buffalo, deer horns, or 'bosso' wood.

The owners of the brand suggest that, although their products are intended for everyday use, they should be treated with proper respect, which guarantees their longevity. Each of them is, after all, a small, unique work of art.
