Current high-quality garden furniture is a complex product unmatched by indoor furniture. Therefore, the production phase, including material selection, is the culmination of the company's entire activity. To achieve high-quality products, only the best available materials and processes are used, with each phase following specific procedures and quality control stages.

Solid wood

Boards obtained from sawed trunks are dried and then transformed into components using Milling Machines, Routers, Tenoners, and Sanders. The parts are then joined with mortise and tenon joints and glued with epoxy adhesives and steel screws, then covered with wooden caps.

Metal

Metal rods are cut, bent by hand or with CNC machines, and finally welded and assembled, smoothed, and cleaned. Products requiring painting are then sent to the finishing department.

Fabrics

Metal or wooden shafts are hand-woven according to the desired pattern, with only artisan experience guaranteeing the final product at this stage.

Thermoplastic material

Polyethylene granules are fed into a system that, after installing the necessary mold, creates the desired shape through a heating and cooling cycle, in neutral or mass-colored options.

Painting

Products requiring painting are processed in a facility equipped with powder coating and water-based painting lines.

Upholstery

All fabrics are cut and sewn to measure using the best threads and accessories. Foam with varying densities and types is cut from standard-sized sheets and possibly reassembled to create complex shapes, then covered with protective fabric and sewn together.

Assembly and packaging

Each product is carefully packed to arrive in perfect condition to its new owner!

Post-warranty service

Even after years of happy use, customers can order spare parts and cushions for products that are no longer in production.
