Product quality and customer service are the domain of Il Giardino di Legno. Two prerogatives for which the skills and passion of stakeholders and an extremely flexible production organization remain fundamental, capable of efficiently responding to both stock and custom orders, allowing customers to create their dream of luxurious garden furniture.
Current high-quality garden furniture is a complex product unmatched by interior furniture. For this reason, the production phase, including material selection, is the culmination of the company's activities. To achieve high-quality products, only the best available materials and processes are used, with each phase following strict procedures and quality control stages.
Solid wood
Boards obtained from sawed logs are dried and then transformed into components using Milling Machines, Routers, Tenoners, and Sanders. The elements are then assembled with dowel and mortise-and-tenon joints, glued with epoxy and steel screws, and covered with wooden plugs.
Metal
Metal rods are cut, bent manually or with CNC machines, then welded and assembled, smoothed, and cleaned. Products requiring painting are then sent to the finishing department.
Fabrics
Metal or wooden shafts are hand-woven according to the desired pattern, at this stage only artisan experience guarantees the final product.
Thermoplastic material
Polyethylene granules are fed into a system that, after installing the necessary mold, forms the desired shape through a heating and cooling cycle, in neutral or mass-colored options.
Painting
Products requiring painting are processed in a facility equipped with powder coating and water-based painting lines.
Upholstery
All fabrics are cut and sewn to measure using the best threads and accessories. Foam with various densities and types is cut from standard-sized sheets and possibly reassembled to create complex shapes, then covered with protective fabric and sewn together.
Assembly and packaging
Each product is carefully packed to arrive in perfect condition to its new owner!
