High-quality garden furniture today is a complex product unmatched by interior furniture. Therefore, the manufacturing phase, including material selection, is the culmination of the company's activities. To achieve high-quality products, only the best available materials and processes are used, with each phase subject to specific procedures and quality control stages.

Solid wood

Boards obtained by sawing logs are dried and then transformed into components using Milling Machines, Routers, Tenoners, and Sanders. The elements are then joined using mortise and tenon joints and epoxy glues, reinforced with steel screws, and covered with wooden caps.

Metal

Metal rods are cut, bent manually or with CNC machines, then welded and assembled, smoothed, and cleaned. Products requiring painting are then sent to the finishing department.

Fabrics

Metal or wooden stems are hand-woven according to the desired pattern. Only craftsmanship experience guarantees the final product at this stage.

Thermoplastic material

Polyethylene granules are fed into a system that, after installing the necessary mold, forms the desired shape through a heating and cooling cycle, in neutral or mass-colored options.

Painting

Products requiring painting are processed in facilities equipped with powder coating and water-based painting lines.

Stuffed

All fabrics are cut and sewn to measure using the best threads and accessories. Foam rubber of various densities and types is cut from standard-sized sheets and possibly reassembled to achieve complex shapes, then covered with protective fabric and sewn together.

Each product is carefully packed to arrive in perfect condition to its new owner!
