Currently, high-quality garden furniture is a complex product unmatched by indoor furniture. For this reason, the production phase, including material selection, is the culmination of the company's entire activity. To achieve high-quality products, only the best available materials and processes are used, with each phase subject to specific procedures and quality control stages.

Solid wood

Boards obtained by sawing logs are dried and then transformed into components using Milling Machines, Routers, Dowel Jigs, Cutters, and Sanders. The parts are then joined using recessed and dowel joints, as well as epoxy adhesives and steel screws, and finished with wooden caps.

Metal

Metal rods are cut, bent manually or with CNC machines, then welded and assembled, smoothed, and cleaned. Products requiring painting are then sent to the finishing department.

Fabrics

Metal or wooden shafts are hand-woven according to the desired pattern, with craftsmanship ensuring the final quality at this stage.

Thermoplastic material

Polyethylene pellets are fed into a system that, after installing the necessary mold, forms the desired shape through a heating and cooling cycle, in neutral or mass-colored options.

Painting

Products requiring painting are processed in facilities equipped with powder coating lines and water-based painting lines.

Upholstery

All fabrics are cut and sewn to measure using the best threads and accessories. Foam with various densities and types is cut from standard-sized sheets and possibly reassembled to create complex shapes, then covered with protective fabric and sewn together.

Assembly and packaging

Each product is carefully packed to arrive in perfect condition for its new owner!

Even after years of happy use, customers can order spare parts and cushions for products that are no longer in production.
