History

In 1984, current CEO Antonio Mastella began distributing bathroom furniture. After some time, the new brand also started producing small quantities of units by assembling semi-finished components. The idea of “total quality,” which became ingrained in the founder’s “vision,” paved the way for the company's transformation in 1991. A new headquarters of 5,000 m² was established, equipped with advanced machinery for the full production cycle. At the same time, the company began seeking opportunities abroad, participating in international trade fairs. It soon proved to be a successful move, especially in Germany, which immediately appreciated Mastella’s distinctive products and services, as well as their reliability.

In 2008, the production facility doubled in size with an additional 5,000 m² and was equipped with a new machinery park, adhering to high quality standards. Today, Mastella’s bathroom furniture is appreciated not only in German-speaking countries, where early clients highly value their founding principles, but also in many other countries worldwide, where their elegant vanities and accessories truly stand out in prestigious projects.

Quality is regarded by the brand as a comprehensive concept, relating not only to the product itself but also to the entire business — including choices and decisions regarding suppliers, materials, production cycle, functionality, reliability, delivery forecasting, packaging, installation, training, and communication.

Design

The principles of good design in long-lasting products are strongly linked to the concept of quality, the only feature that can guarantee beauty and functionality over time. Therefore, we ask our designers to create products with timeless appeal that are also functional. Design is the first step toward total quality; it should not be seen as a form of showmanship but rather as an inseparable synergy of form and function. Even if bathroom fixtures such as bathtubs, sinks, or other accessories are designed by external designers, the company's know-how is utilized throughout the entire design process. When it comes to furniture production, thanks to over thirty years of experience in industrial management, the “research, development, and design” department is at the forefront to ensure consistency in features such as functionality, storage capacity, and modularity of collections.
