The brand's origins date back to 1988 and a small workshop in London. The ambitions of the craftsmen producing these items led to the company's growth. The real breakthrough came with the new British artisans who inspired the early creators. Over time, ideas multiplied, and Porta Romana became a global company.
How are Porta Romana product designs developed?
The design studio is led by Shazeen Emambux. The artists discuss their concepts with the craftsmen to create innovative pieces. Each year, a new collection theme is introduced, characterized by its unique style and character. The process of creating these products is lengthy, starting from 3D graphics and evolving into prototypes. All steps are repeated multiple times to ensure the products meet the highest standards.
