Wood, selection

Experts at Tiferno carefully and responsibly select only the best wood species, verify the best cuts, and check seasoning before subjecting the wood to processing procedures that bring out its unique qualities.

Wood, stabilization

Like any living material, wood undergoes changes even after processing: therefore, furniture still in its natural state is left for several months until it fully stabilizes. After stabilization, the furniture is carefully sanded and smoothed by our master craftsmen, preparing it for painting. Once sanded and smoothed, the craftsmen prepare it for finishing with beeswax, which imparts a completely natural color and softness.
