Albino Miranda is a Portuguese manufacturer creating unique furniture, closely connected to its creator. Since 1989, the owner started with sculptures, later expanding to cosmic furniture designs worldwide. Albino designs two product lines, named Gansk and Karpa. Of course, many similarities can be found, but their styles differ significantly.
Karpa features captivating pieces that surpass any standard design norms, which is why we fell in love with them. They are closely linked to sculpture and the owner's passion. There is a clear influence of handcrafted work and chisel carving. Exclusive style is complemented by high-quality materials that we can freely choose according to our individual projects. The sculptures, forming a whole with minimalist shapes, make a huge impression. It’s hard not to feel that the designer draws heavily from surrealism, nature, and the magic of design. The bases of prestigious tables or consoles often resemble the roots of large trees. This is a very distinctive blend and clearly has no equivalent among our other niche brands.
Meanwhile, the Gansk line features exceptionally modern designs crafted with a light touch. These are exclusive furniture pieces with simple and fresh shapes.
