Description
The Albino Miranda brand is a Portuguese manufacturer producing luxurious furniture, closely connected to its creator. Since 1989, the owner started with sculptures, later expanding his offerings to include unconventional furniture worldwide. Albino designs two product lines, appropriately named Gansk and Karpa. Of course, many similarities can be found, but their styles differ significantly from each other.
Karpa features fascinating pieces that surpass any design standards, which is why we fell so in love with them. They are closely linked to sculpture and the owner's passion. You can clearly see the influence of handcrafted work and chisel carving. Elegant styles are complemented by high-quality materials, which we can freely select according to our individual projects. The sculptures, forming a cohesive whole with minimalist shapes, make a huge impression. It’s hard not to feel that the designer draws heavily from surrealism, nature, and the magic of design. The bases of prestigious tables or consoles often resemble the roots of large trees. This creates a very enchanting blend and clearly has no equivalent among our other niche brands.
Meanwhile, the Gansk line features very modern designs crafted with a light touch. These are luxurious furniture pieces with simple and fresh shapes. They appear very lightweight and fit perfectly into any stylish interior. Simple lines and slender forms provide every design enthusiast with a solid dose of functional art.
