The Albino Miranda brand is a Portuguese manufacturer producing luxurious furniture, closely linked to its creator. Since 1989, the owner started with sculptures, later expanding his offerings to include unconventional furniture on the international stage. Albino designs two product lines, appropriately named Gansk and Karpa. Of course, many similarities can be found, but their styles differ significantly from each other.
Karpa is a fascinating collection that surpasses any standard of design, which is why we fell in love with it. They are closely connected to sculpture and the owner’s passion. There is a clear influence of handcrafted work and chisel carving. Elegant styles are complemented by high-quality materials, which we can freely select according to our individual projects. The sculptures, forming a whole with minimalist shapes, make a huge impression. It’s hard not to feel that the designer draws heavily from surrealism, nature, and the magic of design. The bases of prestigious tables or consoles often resemble the roots of large trees. This creates a very enchanting mix and clearly has no equivalent among our other niche brands.
Meanwhile, the Gansk line features very modern designs crafted with a light touch. These are luxurious furniture pieces with simple and fresh shapes. They appear very lightweight and fit perfectly into any stylish interior. Simplicity and slender lines provide every design enthusiast with a solid dose of fine functional art.
