The GRACE collection stems from a broad path of research and innovation, which could be described as a "total life office," focused on new product and accessory proposals to create a coordinated and refined atmosphere for contemporary work environments.
In the name of timeless elegance, GRACE is a collection of lamps with simple and rigorous lines, enriched with surprising combinations of noble materials and refined details. Geometric and noble elements combined: a hand-blown glass sphere balanced on a metal stem with brass details, resting on a round marble or metal base. An essential yet decorative design that fits perfectly into any environment dedicated not only to the office but also to home and contract spaces, with maximum freedom of customization.
The collection is entirely produced in Italy with high-quality materials and traditional processing methods, ensuring that the final product is characterized by excellent craftsmanship.

The collection consists of two models available in table, floor, pendant, and wall versions. Both share common materials, finishes, and details: a blown glass diffuser in a spherical shape, available in clear, smoked, and acid-etched white versions; a round base in white Carrara marble and black Marquina or metal lacquered in white, black, dark blue, oriental red, curry, and copper; brushed brass details that enrich the frame.
Model GRACE No. 1 features a simple bridge in one size for the table version and in two sizes for the other versions.
Model GRACE No. 2 features a bracket with an arm in the table and floor versions, with three arms and twelve spheres in the pendant version, and a single bracket in the wall version. The collection offers maximum freedom to combine base finishes, frame, and glass diffuser to create custom solutions
to interpret different styles and environments.

Prof Office was born in 1995 from experience in the furniture industry, a family-run industrial reality that designs elegant office furniture systems, deeply rooted in the Italian northeastern furniture district. Over these twenty years, Prof's economic path of development and growth has allowed it to look at the international market, contributing to the spread of Italian design and the highest quality worldwide. By consulting architects and designers, Prof has strengthened its identity and expanded its product range.
Starting with stylish executive collections, it then developed operational systems, reception solutions, and conference rooms, up to partition walls. Today, this allows for proposing holistic and customized furnishing solutions for every workplace.

HEADQUARTERS

The headquarters of Prof, along with the plant and offices, is located in Falzè di Piave, in the province of Treviso, 70 kilometers north of Venice, in one of the most important industrial furniture districts in Europe. It occupies a total area of about 8700 square meters, of which 3600 are covered. The plant, specializing in the production of office furniture, is equipped to work in the wood department, assembly, packaging, warehouse, and shipping of finished products. The headquarters houses executive, commercial, technical, and administrative offices, conference rooms for receiving clients, and a showroom of over 400 square meters, showcasing all collections of prestigious office furniture. In 2017, an expansion was carried out over more than 1800 square meters, of which 640 square meters were allocated for production, 330 for new offices, and 830 for the new showroom.

PRODUCTION

The manufactory exclusively produces at the Falzè di Piave plant in the province of Treviso and always bases its identity on the highest values of respect for people, land, and materials. Exceptionally strong local roots and an innate "know-how" that has evolved, also thanks to new technologies, have allowed the Professor to confirm and solidify his success, continuing to combine tradition and innovation, adapting to new socio-economic changes. Prof's production organization is oriented towards "just in time," which allows for the combination of elements such as reliability, inventory reduction, and the enhancement of quality and customer service. The entire Prof network develops in Italy, mainly in the affiliated production district, where the vast majority of raw material and semi-finished product suppliers are located. The products are entirely designed and made in Italy to ensure a standard of constant excellence.

PROJECT

In the Prof factory, every piece of equipment results from the ability to understand the changing dynamics of workplaces. Research has always been a strategic element of the company's development policy and is expressed through the internal Design Department working closely with external designers and is constantly updated with technological and legislative evolution. Prof models are entirely designed and produced in Italy, in full compliance with European safety and hygiene standards. For this reason, Prof collections stand out for their high design, ergonomics, and functionality.

DESIGN CONSULTATIONS
Prof provides comprehensive design and consulting services, including analysis of customer requests, layout study with targeted and personalized furnishing proposals along with technical drawings and rendering.

CUSTOMIZATION

Prof can propose and execute a personalized service on standard production models: from the production of oversized elements, through the search for new materials and finishes, to the creation of samples and prototypes. Thanks to its production versatility, over the years, the Professor has developed specialized knowledge in non-standard consumables, from small and medium projects to great personalized creations.

AFTER-SALES SERVICE

Thanks to the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008 certification system for managing non-compliant products and complaints, the Professor maintains constant control over issues encountered during assembly and use. The company provides technical and after-sales support services along with full information, changes, and repairs.

BESPOKE PRODUCTS

Prof's great production flexibility allows, in addition to serial production, the realization of projects defined to order, tailored to specific customer needs. The Design Department is able to support the client or designer in the development and production of unique products, both in functional and aesthetic solutions, with completely individual finishes.
Careful consultancy at every stage of implementation: targeted design, with careful selection of materials and the utmost attention to detail, culminating in construction, step by step, up to the final installation.
Production is entirely tailored to individual needs.

ENVIRONMENT

In response to the growing competitiveness of international markets by improving customer satisfaction and loyalty, rationalizing internal production processes, the Professor obtained ISO 9001: 2008 certification in 2012. Adopting a quality management system is a strategic decision for Prof, providing the opportunity for increasingly concrete business objectives. In a world constantly seeking quality and increasingly sensitive to environmental issues, Prof focuses on maximum expertise in the design and production of office furniture with respect for the environment. Starting from carefully selected raw materials, through the entire processing and packaging process, to disposal, everything aims to protect health and save energy.

As a result, Prof uses certified E1 boards in accordance with European regulations on formaldehyde emissions for both raw material and melamine.
Subsequently, each panel is marked by the Ecological Panel Consortium, ensuring that the semi-finished products are made from the reuse of wood in a production process that does not involve tree felling.

Obtaining the ISO 14001: 2004 certificate in 2012 confirms Professor's specific commitment to establishing its own environmental management system, which regulates the impact of production activities on the environment, striving to systematically improve it. In 2015, during the same period as the company's twentieth anniversary, Prof introduces a new green mark to confirm and identify its commitment to environmental sustainability as an integral part of its operations and production growth process. In 2017, the company reaffirms its "green" strategy, confirming its values of "sustainability" and "responsibility," by choosing a new electricity operator (Dolomiti Energia) that sources 100% from renewable sources.

ECO-PACKAGING

Prof continues its commitment to a production system capable of minimizing environmental impact. In 2016, Prof invests in a modern packaging machinery park using biodegradable cardboard, allowing for individual packaging training. Optimization for specific products allows for a significant reduction in packaging costs, storage, and consequently waste for disposal. To improve waste management within the company, several separate collection points for post-production waste have been established. All are stored in special containers, which are then subjected to recycling processes.
