Carving in wood and inlay work are traditional techniques for creating cabinets. In its collections, Volpi combines these with delicate, hand-applied decorations made of gold and silver leaves, as well as hand-painted images. Additionally, upon request, brass handles and other brass elements can be installed on each piece of furniture, and each brass item is precisely cast using the lost-wax method. This is the highest level of applied art, which is why all Volpi items are exceptionally elegant.
Striving for absolute quality, Volpi has refined its traditional methods with new generation woodworking and lacquering machines. The factory recently launched its own photovoltaic installation to ensure environmentally friendly processes throughout the entire production chain. Volpi is an international company that maintains strong ties with its region, Tuscany. A unique region that has made art, traditional craftsmanship, and nature part of its heritage, which must be preserved and respected. For this reason, Volpi recently installed a photovoltaic system to reduce CO2 emissions and minimize its environmental impact. The wood used by Volpi comes from certified forests. The brand also uses paints and lacquers free from heavy metals, and packaging without glue, facilitating waste segregation and recycling.
