The owners strongly reject the idea of mass production by unskilled labor, which they believe would lead to the loss of identity of their knives. For this reason, their work philosophy places a special emphasis on the employed staff. However, this Italian family is not closed to innovations. They are very welcome, provided they do not conflict with the existing philosophy and can withstand long-term quality tests.

Unlike others, the different stages of knife creation are not handled by specialized sections of workers but are performed from start to finish by the same person. Thanks to this practice, each blade is completely unique.
Materials of the highest quality are used in production — blades are made of steel, and handles are made from buffalo, bison, deer horns, or 'bosso' wood.

The owners encourage that, despite being designed for everyday use, their knives should be treated with proper respect, which guarantees their durability for many years. Each one is, after all, a small, unique work of art.
