How was Porta Romana founded?
The company's origins date back to 1988 and a small London workshop. The ambitions of the artisans producing these items led to the company's growth. The real breakthrough came with new British craftsmen who inspired the early creators. Over time, ideas multiplied, and Porta Romana became a global company.
How are Porta Romana product designs created?
The design studio is led by Shazeen Emambux. Artists discuss their projects with the craftsmen to create designer products. Each year, a new collection theme is introduced, each with its own unique character and style. The process of creating these products is very lengthy, starting with 3D graphics that later evolve into prototypes. All steps are repeated multiple times to ensure the creations meet the highest standards.
