The GRACE collection stems from a broad path of research and innovation that could be described as a “total life office,” focused on proposals for new products and accessories to create a coordinated and refined atmosphere for contemporary work environments.
In the name of timeless elegance, GRACE is a collection of lamps with simple and rigorous lines, enriched with surprising combinations of noble materials and refined details. Geometric and noble elements combined: a hand-blown glass sphere, balanced on a metal base with brass details, resting on a round marble or metal base. An essential yet decorative design that fits perfectly into any environment dedicated not only to offices but also to homes and contract spaces, with maximum flexibility for customization.
The collection is entirely produced in Italy from high-quality materials and traditional manufacturing methods, ensuring that the final product features excellent craftsmanship.

The collection consists of two models available in table, floor, pendant, and wall versions. Both share materials, finishes, and details: a diffuser made of blown glass in a spherical shape, available in clear, tinted, and acid-etched white versions; a round base made of Carrara white marble and black Marquina or painted metal in white, black, dark blue, oriental red, curry, and copper; details in brushed brass that enhance the frame.
Model GRACE No. 1 features a simple bridge in one size for the table version and two sizes for the other versions.
Model GRACE No. 2 has a support with an arm in the table and floor versions, with three arms and twelve suspended spheres, and a single support in the wall version. The collection offers maximum freedom to combine finishes of the base, frame, and glass diffuser to create custom solutions
to interpret different styles and environments.

Prof Office was founded in 1995 from experience in the furniture industry, a family-run industrial reality that produces prestigious office furniture systems, deeply rooted in the northeastern Italian furniture district. Over these twenty years, Prof’s economic development and growth path have allowed it to look at the international market, contributing to the dissemination of Italian design and high quality worldwide. By consulting with architects and designers, Prof has strengthened its identity and expanded its product range.
Starting from designer execution collections, it then developed operational systems, reception solutions, and conference rooms, up to partition walls. Today, this allows offering complete and customized furnishing solutions for any workspace.

HEADQUARTERS

The headquarters of Prof, along with the plant and offices, is located in Falzè di Piave, in the province of Treviso, 70 kilometers north of Venice, in one of the most important industrial furniture districts in Europe. It covers a total area of approximately 8,700 sqm, of which 3,600 are covered. The facility, specialized in the production of office furniture, is equipped for work in the wood department, assembly, packaging, warehousing, and shipping of finished products. The main headquarters houses executive, sales, technical, and administrative offices, conference rooms for client meetings, and an exhibition showroom of over 400 sqm, showcasing all collections of exclusive office furniture. In 2017, an expansion of over 1,800 sqm was completed, with 640 sqm dedicated to production, 330 sqm for new offices, and 830 sqm for a new showroom.

PRODUCTION

Manufaktura produces exclusively at the Falzè di Piave facility in the Treviso province and always bases its identity on the highest values of respect for people, the land, and materials. Strong local roots and innate "know-how" that has evolved—also thanks to new technologies—have allowed the Professor to confirm and solidify his success, continuing to combine tradition and innovation while adapting to new socio-economic changes. Prof's production organization is focused on "just in time" principles, which enable the integration of reliability, inventory reduction, and improvements in quality and customer service. The entire Prof network operates throughout Italy, mainly within the designated manufacturing district where the vast majority of raw material and semi-finished product suppliers are located. All products are fully designed and made in Italy to ensure a standard of consistent excellence.

PROJECT

At Prof, every element of equipment stems from an understanding of the changing dynamics of workplaces. Research has always been a strategic element of the company's development policy and is reflected through an internal Design Department that works closely with external designers and is continuously updated with technological and legislative developments. Prof models are entirely designed and manufactured in Italy, fully compliant with European safety and hygiene standards. For this reason, Prof collections stand out for their high design, ergonomics, and functionality.

DESIGN CONSULTING
Prof provides comprehensive design and consulting services, including analysis of client requirements, layout studies with targeted and personalized furnishing proposals, along with technical drawings and rendering.

CUSTOMIZATION

Prof can offer and execute personalized services on standard production models: from manufacturing oversized elements, sourcing new materials and finishes, to creating samples and prototypes. Thanks to its versatile production capabilities, Prof has developed specialized expertise in non-standard consumable materials, handling projects from small and medium-sized to highly personalized creations.

AFTER-SALES SERVICE

Thanks to the UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 certification system for managing non-compliant products and complaints, Prof maintains strict control over issues encountered during assembly and use. The company offers technical support and after-sales services, including full information, modifications, and repairs.

BESPOKE PRODUCTS

Prof's broad production flexibility allows, in addition to series manufacturing, the realization of custom-designed projects tailored to specific client needs. The Design Department can support clients or designers in developing and producing unique products, both functional and aesthetic, with fully personalized finishes. Careful advice is provided at every stage: targeted design, meticulous material selection, and attention to detail, culminating in step-by-step construction and final installation. Production is entirely adapted to individual requirements.

ENVIRONMENT

In response to increasing international market competition by improving customer satisfaction and loyalty, and streamlining internal production processes, Prof obtained ISO 9001:2008 certification in 2012. Adopting a quality management system is a strategic decision for Prof, enabling more concrete business objectives. In a world constantly seeking quality and increasingly sensitive to environmental issues, Prof emphasizes maximum expertise in designing and manufacturing office furniture with respect for the environment. From carefully selected raw materials, through the entire processing and packaging process, to disposal, everything aims to protect health and conserve energy.

As a result, Prof uses certified E1 boards in accordance with European regulations on formaldehyde emissions, both for raw materials and laminates.

Obtaining the ISO 14001:2004 certification in 2012 confirms Professor's specific commitment to establishing his own environmental management system, which regulates the impact of production activities on the environment, striving for continuous improvement. In 2015, during the same twenty-year period of the company, Prof introduced a new green logo to confirm and identify his commitment to environmental sustainability as an integral part of his business and production growth process. In 2017, the company reaffirmed its "eco-friendly" strategy, confirming its core values of "sustainable" and "responsible," by choosing a new electricity provider (Dolomiti Energia) that sources 100% from renewable sources.

ECOPACKAGING

Prof continues his commitment to a production system capable of minimizing environmental impact. In 2016, Prof invested in a modern packaging machinery park made of biodegradable cardboard, allowing for individual training in packaging. Optimization tailored to specific products enables significant reductions in packaging costs, storage, and consequently waste disposal. To improve waste management, several separate collection points for post-production waste were established within the company. All waste is stored in special containers, which are then subjected to recycling processes.

CERTIFICATIONS

Demonstrating a commitment to quality, Prof obtained the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 certification and adheres to international standards in design, development, production, and customer service.
