A box made of pewter

Beautiful boxes by Enrico Così and Alberta Tabellini are made of pewter. Pewter is an alloy of three metals: tin (90-98%), antimony (0.5-8%), and copper (0.25-2.5%). This material is extremely durable and hard, yet malleable. Like any metal object, including household silverware, it requires care to maintain its shiny appearance in excellent condition for many years.

Among the Cosi Tabellini collection, you will find a wide range of decorations for elegant interiors — from spectacular six-armed candlesticks, single-arm designs, to stylish tableware, desk accessories — sets for the desk, lamps, compasses, and office clocks, as well as boxes and trinket boxes. All these functional art pieces are united by the solid material of pewter.
