Our beautiful water jug is crafted from the finest British pewter, using traditional antique bronze molds.
This design is based on the early 16th century and can be seen on tapestries around Hampton Court Palace.
To commemorate the 500th anniversary of King Henry VIII's accession to the throne, this jug was commissioned by Hampton Court Palace and was intended to be displayed on the main table in the great hall where King Henry VIII would sit.
This is an exceptionally rare item, with only a few pieces produced worldwide.
