High-quality garden furniture today is a complex product unmatched by indoor furniture. Solid wood

Boards obtained from sawed logs are dried and then transformed into components using Milling Machines, Routers, Tenoners, and Sanders. The parts are then assembled using dowel and mortise-and-tenon joints, epoxy glues, and steel screws, and finished with wooden plugs.

Metal

Metal rods are cut, bent by hand or with CNC machines, then welded and assembled, smoothed, and cleaned. Products requiring painting are then sent to the finishing department.

Fabrics

Metal or wooden shafts are hand-woven according to the desired pattern, with craftsmanship ensuring the quality of the final product.

Thermoplastic material

Polyethylene pellets are fed into a system that, once the necessary mold is installed, creates the desired shape through a heating and cooling cycle, in neutral or mass-colored options.

Painting

Products requiring painting are processed in facilities equipped with powder coating and water-based painting lines.

Upholstery

All fabrics are cut and sewn to measure using the best threads and accessories. Foam with varying densities and types is cut from standard-sized sheets and possibly reassembled to form complex shapes, then covered with protective fabric and sewn together.
