2. Since copper is a good heat conductor, these models usually require only 50-70% of the electric stove’s power. For gas stoves, it is also recommended to use a lower flame.
3. Do not heat empty cookware.
4. Copper pots react with salt dissolved in cold water. Therefore, salt dishes only when the liquid is warm. Salting cold liquid may lead to pitting corrosion.

2. Do not put pots in the dishwasher.
