The SKS 10003 slicer by GRAEF is protected against accidental activation by children thanks to the mounted lock on the carriage. It is also an energy-efficient device with a quiet motor with smoothly and automatically adjustable power from 45 W to 170 W depending on the hardness of the product being sliced.
Wide slicing range
The GRAEF SKS 10003 slicer features a large and handy thickness regulator from 0 to 20 mm. Its slicing length range is 225 mm and height 145 mm. Thanks to this solution, the user can slice food products to any desired thickness. The slicer also has a pressure feed and guide rail to prevent food from slipping. These features allow slicing both hard and soft food products.
Easy to clean
The GRAEF SKS 10003 slicer is very easy to maintain. It is made of durable plastic, with the motor housing and carriage guide rail made of aluminum, and a hardened cutting blade made of solid stainless steel with a diameter of 170 mm. Most of the slicer components can be easily disassembled for cleaning food residues and thorough washing.
