It should be noted that most of the leather used by the manufactory is tanned using an exclusive vegetable tanning method. This process is chemical-free, so the natural leather has an ideal appearance, and over the years it does not wear out like lower-quality leathers. For centuries, master tanners have passed down this craft, enriched over time with sophisticated technology. This processing is a slow process that transforms raw hides and relies on the use of a completely natural, plant-based tannin. Leather tanned “vegetably” absorbs signs of experience, ages, and enriches itself, which later results in natural signs of aging.
