Openwall is a flexible partition system composed of modular elements available in two heights and eight widths. It features a metal frame with matte, white-painted shelves with a basic design and a 9-centimeter layered construction with panels covered in wood, glass, or fabric. A special linear technical compartment conceals and contains channels, helping to create a clean aesthetic. Easily equipped with work and service plans, Openwall meets the needs of workspaces designed for individual and shared social activities.

In a freestanding version, it can serve as a divider between different work areas or configure independent enclosed offices.
A range of auxiliary elements, such as shelves, hanging containers, and auxiliary rods, guarantees maximum comfort and functionality at the workstation. A wide selection and customization of colors and finishes, from solid colors to wood and fabrics, ensure better acoustic comfort, allowing you to work with concentration and creative freedom.

Prof Office was born in 1995 from experience in the furniture industry, a family industrial reality that designs elegant office furniture systems, deeply rooted in the northeastern Italian furniture district. Over these twenty years, the company's economic development and growth path have allowed it to look at the international market, contributing to the spread of Italian design and the highest quality worldwide. By consulting architects and designers, Prof has strengthened its identity and expanded its product range.
Starting with stylish execution collections, it then developed operational systems, reception solutions, and conference rooms, up to partition walls. Today, this allows offering holistic and customized furnishing solutions for every workplace.

HEADQUARTERS

The headquarters of Prof, along with the plant and offices, is located in Falzè di Piave, in the Treviso province, 70 kilometers north of Venice, in one of Europe's most important furniture industrial districts. It covers a total area of approximately 8,700 sqm, of which 3,600 are covered. The facility, specializing in manufacturing office furniture, is equipped for work in the wood department, assembly, packaging, warehousing, and shipping of finished products. The main building houses executive, sales, technical, and administrative offices, conference rooms for client meetings, and a showroom of over 400 sqm, showcasing all collections of exclusive office furniture. In 2017, an expansion of over 1,800 sqm was completed, with 640 sqm dedicated to production, 330 to new offices, and 830 to a new showroom.

PRODUCTION

The manufacturing plant produces exclusively at the Falzè di Piave facility in the Treviso province and always bases its identity on maximum respect for people, the land, and materials. Strong local roots and innate "know-how," which has evolved also thanks to new technologies, have allowed Prof to confirm and solidify its success, continuing to combine tradition and innovation, adapting to new socio-economic changes. Prof's production organization is focused on "just in time," which combines elements such as reliability, inventory reduction, and increased quality and customer service. The entire Prof network operates mainly within Italy, primarily in the local manufacturing district, where the vast majority of raw material and semi-finished component suppliers are located. All products are designed and made entirely in Italy to ensure a standard of consistent excellence.

DESIGN CONSULTING
Prof provides comprehensive design and consulting services, including analysis of client requirements, layout studies with targeted and personalized equipment proposals, along with technical drawings and rendering.

CUSTOMIZATION

Prof can offer and execute personalized services on standard production models: from manufacturing oversized components, sourcing new materials and finishes, to producing samples and prototypes. Thanks to its versatile manufacturing capabilities, Prof has developed specialized knowledge in non-standard consumable materials, handling projects from small and medium-sized to highly personalized creations.

AFTER-SALES SERVICE

Thanks to the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008 certification system for managing non-compliant products and claims, Prof maintains strict control over issues encountered during assembly and use. The company provides technical and after-sales support services, including full information, modifications, and repairs.

BESPOKE PRODUCTS

Prof’s high production flexibility allows, in addition to series manufacturing, the realization of custom-designed projects tailored to specific client needs. The Design Department can support clients or designers in developing and producing unique products, both functional and aesthetic, with fully personalized finishes.
Careful advice at every stage: targeted design, meticulous material selection, and attention to detail, culminating in the construction process step-by-step until final installation.
Production is entirely adapted to individual needs.

ENVIRONMENT

In response to increasing international market competition by improving customer satisfaction and loyalty, and streamlining internal production processes, Prof obtained ISO 9001: 2008 certification in 2012. Adopting a quality management system is a strategic decision for Prof, enabling more concrete business goals. In a world constantly seeking quality and increasingly sensitive to environmental issues, Prof focuses on maximum experience in designing and manufacturing office furniture with respect for the environment. From carefully selected raw materials, through the entire processing and packaging process, to disposal, everything aims to protect health and conserve energy.

As a result, Prof uses certified E1 panels in accordance with European regulations on formaldehyde emissions, both for raw materials and laminates.
Each panel is then marked by the Ecological Panel Consortium, ensuring that semi-finished products are produced through wood reuse in the manufacturing process, which does not involve tree felling.

Obtaining the ISO 14001: 2004 certification in 2012 confirms Prof’s commitment to establishing its own environmental management system, regulating the impact of its production activities on the environment and striving for continuous improvement. In 2015, during the company's twenty-year anniversary, Prof introduced a new green mark to confirm and identify its commitment to sustainable environmental development as an integral part of its operations and growth process. In 2017, the company reaffirmed its “eco-friendly” strategy, emphasizing its values of “sustainability” and “responsibility,” and switched to a new electricity provider (Dolomiti Energia) sourcing 100% from renewable sources.
