ArtBe srl was founded in 2015. Its main activity is the production and sale of items made from silver-gilded and gold-gilded resin.
All products are created in an Italian laboratory using the finest Italian materials. The human element is very important to the brand, which is why it deeply believes in its employees; they are an added value to the factory. ArtBe prioritizes the well-being of its staff, investing in their wages and a safe working environment.
PHILOSOPHY
ArtBe is based in Molise, a lesser-known region rich in history, traditions, and values. Every day, we work with passion and professionalism, providing reliability to our team and clients.
PRODUCTS
Each item is originally crafted. It begins with a prototype or model, which is transformed into a unique, handcrafted piece, entirely finished by hand.
The production process is divided into several stages.
1) The first step is creating a prototype object. The prototype or “model” is made in-house based on a drawing, photograph, or 3D file.
2) Once the model is completed, the company creates a silicone rubber mold, which allows for the casting of the shape in polyester filled with resin. The resin is then washed out and polished to remove any impurities.
3) At this stage, the resin is ready to be electroformed with silver using galvanic plating. The galvanizing process involves the following steps: grinding, degreasing, metallization, and finally, silver plating.
4) Next, skilled artisans manually refine the piece through various finishes: antiquing, glazing, polishing, and anti-oxidation painting.
5) The final product, resulting from all these processes, should be regarded as handcrafted in every aspect.<>
