Louise is a collection of wastebaskets, umbrella stands, and paper holders. Elegant and refined accessories become true interior design elements, perfectly suited for work and home environments. The structure is painted in metal in various shades presented in the catalog. The cladding is made of glass imitating marble or in a solid color, with a diamond or antitouch effect, to reproduce tone-on-tone or with chromatic contrast. To facilitate movement, they are equipped with fully retractable wheels.

Prof Office was founded in 1995 from experience in the furniture industry, a family-run industrial reality that produces prestigious office furniture systems, deeply rooted in the northeastern Italian furniture district. Over these twenty years, the company's economic development and growth path have allowed it to look at the international market, contributing to the dissemination of Italian design and high quality worldwide. By consulting with architects and designers, Prof has strengthened its identity and expanded its product range.
Starting with designer executive collections, then developing operational systems, reception solutions, and conference rooms, up to partition walls. Today, this enables offering complete and customized furnishing solutions for every workplace.

HEADQUARTERS

The headquarters of Prof, along with the plant and offices, is located in Falzè di Piave, in the Treviso province, 70 kilometers north of Venice, in one of the most important industrial furniture districts in Europe. It covers a total area of about 8,700 sqm, of which 3,600 are covered. The facility, specializing in the production of office furniture, is equipped for work in the wood department, assembly, packaging, warehouse, and logistics of finished products. The main headquarters houses executive, commercial, technical, and administrative offices, conference rooms for client meetings, and a showroom of over 400 sqm that displays all collections of exclusive office furniture. In 2017, an expansion of over 1,800 sqm was completed, with 640 sqm dedicated to production, 330 to new offices, and 830 to a new showroom.

PRODUCTION

The manufacturing plant produces exclusively in Falzè di Piave in the Treviso province and always bases its identity on maximum respect for people, the land, and materials. Strong local roots and innate "know-how," which has evolved also thanks to new technologies, have allowed Prof to confirm and consolidate its success, continuing to combine tradition and innovation, adapting to new socio-economic changes. Prof's production organization is focused on "just in time," which combines reliability, inventory reduction, and increased quality and customer service. The entire Prof network operates mainly within Italy, in the local manufacturing district where most raw material and component suppliers are located. All products are fully designed and made in Italy to ensure a standard of constant excellence.

DESIGN

At Prof, every element of the furnishings results from the ability to understand the changing dynamics of workplaces. Research has always been a strategic element of the company's development policy and is expressed through an internal Design Department working closely with external designers and is continuously updated with technological and legislative evolution. Prof models are entirely designed and manufactured in Italy, fully compliant with European safety and hygiene standards. For this reason, Prof collections stand out for their high design, ergonomics, and functionality.

Prof provides comprehensive design and consulting services, including analysis of client requirements, layout studies with targeted and personalized furnishing proposals, technical drawings, and rendering.

CUSTOMIZATION

Prof can propose and carry out personalized services on standard production models: from manufacturing oversized components, through sourcing new materials and finishes, to creating samples and prototypes. Thanks to its versatile production capabilities, Professor has developed specialized knowledge in non-standard consumable materials, from small and medium projects to excellent personalized creations.

AFTER-SALES SERVICE

Thanks to the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008 certification system for managing non-conforming products and complaints, Professor maintains constant control over issues encountered during assembly and use. The company provides technical support and after-sales services along with full information, modifications, and repairs.

BESPOKE PRODUCTS

Prof’s broad production flexibility allows, in addition to series production, the realization of custom-defined projects tailored to specific client needs. The Design Department can support clients or designers in developing and producing unique products, both functional and aesthetic, with fully personalized finishes.
Careful advice at every stage of implementation: targeted design, meticulous material selection, and attention to detail, culminating in construction step-by-step until final installation.

ENVIRONMENT

In response to increasing international market competition by improving customer satisfaction and loyalty, and streamlining internal production processes, Professor obtained ISO 9001: 2008 certification in 2012. Adopting a quality management system is a strategic decision for Prof, enabling more concrete business goals. In a world constantly seeking quality and increasingly sensitive to environmental issues, Prof focuses on maximum experience in designing and producing office furniture with respect for the environment. From carefully selected raw materials, through the entire processing and packaging process, to disposal, everything aims to protect health and save energy.

As a result, Prof uses certified E1 panels in accordance with European regulations on formaldehyde emissions for both raw materials and laminates.
Each panel is then marked by the Ecological Panel Consortium, ensuring that semi-finished products are produced through wood reuse in the manufacturing process, which does not involve tree felling.

Obtaining the ISO 14001: 2004 certificate in 2012 confirms Prof’s commitment to establishing its own environmental management system, regulating the impact of production activities on the environment and striving for continuous improvement. In 2015, during the company’s twenty-year anniversary, Prof introduced a new green logo to confirm and identify its commitment to sustainable environmental development as an integral part of its operations and growth process. In 2017, the company reaffirmed its “eco-friendly” strategy, emphasizing its values of “sustainability” and “responsibility,” and switched to a new electricity provider (Dolomiti Energia) sourcing 100% from renewable sources.

ECO PACKAGING

Prof continues its commitment to a production system capable of minimizing environmental impact. In 2016, Prof invested in a modern packaging machine park using biodegradable cardboard, enabling tailored training in packaging. Optimization for specific products allows significant reductions in packaging, storage costs, and waste disposal. To improve waste management, several separate collection points for post-production waste were established. All waste is stored in special containers and subsequently recycled.
