Rmdesignstudio has carefully revised the styling of materials and colors, introducing new, refined details to meet the sophisticated aesthetic and functional needs of executive offices. Finishes in real wood in warmer and more inviting shades, elegant solid colors with innovative, high-performance materials, leather, and noble marbles, combined with metallic details in brass finishes for a striking visual effect. To complete, valuable details enhance the channeling functions, with pull-out shelves and retractable elements featuring unique custom solutions.

In pursuit of the same refined style, the collection expands with new dedicated cabinets featuring strict geometric lines and noble materials, which can be personalized to customize the workspace. Three different heights, a console, and a family of coffee tables, offered in various sizes for surprising combinations. Prof Office was born in 1995 from experience in the furniture industry, rooted in a family industrial reality that designs elegant office furniture systems deeply anchored in the northeastern Italian furniture district. Over these twenty years, the economic growth and development path of Prof has allowed it to look at the international market, contributing to the spread of Italian design and the highest quality worldwide. By consulting with architects and designers, Prof has strengthened its identity and expanded its product range.
Starting with stylish executive collections, it then developed operational systems, reception solutions, and conference rooms, up to partition walls. Today, this allows offering holistic and tailored furnishing solutions for every workspace.

HEADQUARTERS

The headquarters of Prof, along with its plant and offices, is located in Falzè di Piave, in the Treviso province, 70 kilometers north of Venice, in one of Europe's most important industrial furniture districts. It covers a total area of approximately 8,700 sqm, of which 3,600 are covered. The facility, specializing in manufacturing office furniture, is equipped for woodwork, assembly, packaging, warehousing, and shipping of finished products. The main headquarters houses executive, commercial, technical, and administrative offices, conference rooms for client meetings, and an exhibition showroom of over 400 sqm, showcasing all collections of prestigious office furniture. In 2017, an expansion added over 1,800 sqm, of which 640 sqm are dedicated to production, 330 to new offices, and 830 to a new showroom.

PRODUCTION

The company produces exclusively at the Falzè di Piave plant in Treviso province and always bases its identity on maximum respect for people, the land, and materials. Strong local roots and innate "know-how," which has evolved also thanks to new technologies, have allowed Prof to confirm and consolidate its success, continuing to blend tradition and innovation while adapting to new socio-economic changes. Prof's manufacturing organization is focused on "just in time," enabling reliability, inventory reduction, and increased quality and customer service. The entire Prof network operates mainly within Italy, in the local production district where most raw material and semi-finished supplier companies are located. All products are designed and made entirely in Italy to ensure a standard of constant excellence.

DESIGN

At Prof's factory, every piece of equipment is designed with an understanding of the changing dynamics of the workplace. Research has always been a strategic element of the company's development policy and is reflected through an internal Design Department working closely with external designers. It is continuously updated in line with technological and legislative evolution. Prof models are entirely designed and manufactured in Italy, fully compliant with European safety and health standards. For this reason, Prof collections stand out for their high design, ergonomics, and functionality.

DESIGN CONSULTING
Prof provides comprehensive design and consulting services, including analysis of client requirements, layout studies with targeted and personalized equipment proposals, along with technical drawings and rendering.

PERSONALIZATION

Prof can offer and execute personalized services on standard production models: from manufacturing oversized components, sourcing new materials and finishes, to creating samples and prototypes. Thanks to its versatile production capabilities, Prof has developed specialized knowledge in non-standard consumable materials, handling projects from small and medium-sized to highly personalized creations.

AFTER-SALES SERVICE

Thanks to the UNI EN ISO 9001: 2008 certification system for managing non-compliant products and claims, Prof maintains strict control over issues encountered during assembly and use. The company provides technical and after-sales support services, including full information, modifications, and repairs.

BESPOKE PRODUCTS

Prof's high production flexibility allows, in addition to series manufacturing, the realization of custom-designed projects tailored to specific client needs. The Design Department can support clients or designers in developing and producing unique products, both functional and aesthetic, with fully personalized finishes.
Careful advice at every stage: targeted design, meticulous material selection, and attention to detail, culminating in construction step-by-step until final installation.
The production is entirely adapted to individual needs.

ENVIRONMENT

In response to increasing international market competition through improved customer satisfaction and loyalty, and rationalization of internal production processes, Prof obtained ISO 9001: 2008 certification in 2012. Adopting a quality management system is a strategic decision for Prof, enabling more concrete business goals. In a world constantly seeking quality and increasingly sensitive to environmental issues, Prof focuses on maximum experience in designing and manufacturing office furniture with respect for the environment. From carefully selected raw materials, through the entire processing and packaging process, to disposal, everything aims to protect health and save energy.

As a result, Prof uses certified E1 panels in accordance with European regulations on formaldehyde emissions, both for raw materials and laminates.
Each panel is then marked by the Ecological Panel Consortium, ensuring that semi-finished products are produced through the reuse of wood in the manufacturing process, which does not involve tree felling.

Obtaining the ISO 14001: 2004 certification in 2012 confirms Prof's commitment to establishing its own environmental management system, regulating the impact of production activities on the environment, and striving for continuous improvement. In 2015, during the company's twentieth anniversary, Prof introduced a new green logo to confirm and identify its commitment to sustainable environmental development as an integral part of its operations and growth process. In 2017, the company reaffirmed its "eco-friendly" strategy, emphasizing its values of "sustainability" and "responsibility," and switched to a new energy provider (Dolomiti Energia) that sources 100% from renewable sources.
