ArtBe srl is a company founded in 2015. Its main activity is the production and sale of resin products galvanized with silver and gold.
All products are created in an Italian laboratory, using the finest Italian materials. Human value is very important to the company, which is why it deeply believes in its employees, who are the added value of the factory. PHILOSOPHY
ArtBe is located in Molise, an unknown land rich in history, traditions, and values. Every day we work with passion and professionalism, providing solidity to our team and clients.
PRODUCTS
Each item is originally crafted. It starts with a prototype or model, which turns into an original and handmade piece, entirely handled manually.
The production process is divided into several phases.
1) The first step is the prototype object. The prototype or "model" is made in-house based on a drawing, photo, or 3D file.
2) After obtaining the model, the company creates a silicone rubber mold, which will allow the shape to be made from polyester filled with resin. The resin is then washed and polished to remove any impurities.
3) At this stage, the resin is ready for silver coating using the electroforming galvanic method. The galvanizing process involves the following stages: grinding, degreasing, metallization, and finally silvering.
4) Next, employees proceed to manual refinement by a highly skilled team performing various finishes: aging, glazing, polishing, and anti-oxidation painting on the item.
5) The product resulting from all these processes should be considered handmade in all aspects.
