We are pleased to present to you the Limited Edition. The "The Tale of Genji" Series "Kohi" Collection – a series inspired by the 1000-year-old Japanese classic novel. The pen was created by Misako Azumai based on the 1911 series pen.

Misako Azumai is a young, highly talented artist who, immediately after graduating from high school, began studying traditional Japanese lacquer techniques at the Kyoto School of Traditional Art. Her graduation work was exhibited at MIA in Italy. After learning Kyo Maki-e techniques under the guidance of master Tadao Kunieda, she started creating works in her distinctive style. Her craftsmanship is highly appreciated for its delicate and feminine style.
