The family-owned Hermle company has its roots in Gosheim in the Swabian Jura. Its headquarters are located in nearby Reichenbach. This region was once a center of German clockmaking industry and is still known for its spirit of innovation and hard work.

Additionally, Hermle has been specializing in the production of high-quality turning parts for over 50 years – this is a key advantage, as almost all individual parts of clock mechanisms are produced in the company's own machine shop.
