Description

Three hundred years ago, on an isolated island in Long Island Sound, Satan attempted to open the gates to hell. Now he has returned to finish the task.

A black motorboat arrives at the small community on Stone Harbor Island. Its mysterious passenger, Joey Oates, instills fear with his very presence. He is the embodiment of Satan, returned to complete a ritual left unfinished three hundred years ago. A lost talisman known as the Portal can open the gates for hellish demons to enter our world. Oates plans to find the Portal and complete its unlocking.

Former lovers Scott Tackett, owner of a family hardware store, and Allie Layton, a Hollywood actress, are soon to reconnect after years apart, until they discover the evil growing in the town. Only they can stop Oates's dreadful plan and save the world from living nightmares ready to crawl out of hell.
