The Dangerous Journey was originally published in 1977. It tells the story of Susanna, who finds a pair of magical glasses that transport her from the field where she is reading to an adventure filled with swamps, volcanoes, dried-up oceans, and jungles. The girl’s friends from the Moomin Valley, including Sniff, Sniff, TooTicky, and Moomin, help her on her way back home.
