ArtBe srl was founded in 2015. Its main activity is the production and sale of products made from silver- and gold-plated resin.
All items are created in an Italian laboratory using the finest Italian materials. The human element is very important to the brand, which is why it deeply believes in its employees; they are an added value to the factory. ArtBe’s priority is the well-being of its workers, investing in their wages and a safe working environment.
PHILOSOPHY
ArtBe is located in Molise, a lesser-known land rich in history, traditions, and values. Every day, we work with passion and professionalism, providing reliability to our team and clients.
PRODUCTS
Each item is originally crafted. It begins with a prototype or model, which is transformed into an original and handcrafted piece, entirely made by hand.
The production process is divided into several phases.
1) The first step is creating a prototype object. The prototype or “model” is made in-house based on drawings, photographs, or 3D files.
2) Once the model is completed, the company creates a silicone rubber mold, which allows for shaping polyester filled with resin. The resin is then washed out and polished to remove any impurities.
3) At this stage, the resin is ready for electroforming with silver using galvanic plating. The galvanizing process involves the following steps: grinding, degreasing, metallization, and finally, silver plating.
4) Next, skilled workers proceed with manual finishing, performing various treatments such as antiquing, glazing, polishing, and anti-oxidation painting on the item.
5) The product resulting from all these processes should be regarded as handmade in every aspect.
